Since May 2016, Brian has served as the Owner/Operator/Drone Pilot at Lite Wing, LLC in Tampa, FL.

In this role, he has established, optimized, and enforced business policies, ensuring consistency across industry operations. He has laid the foundation for efficient business operations and performed statistical analyses to gather data for operational and forecast team needs. Brian is a hard-driving business leader with a proven track record in strategic business planning and team development. With a keen ability to recruit and train employees at all levels, effectively meeting customer and business demands.

Brian skill set includes expertise in drone piloting, point cloud rendering, and 3D mapping, along with proficiency in drone training, photography, and videography. Brian is an adept problem solver with a flexible and adaptable approach, backed by strong critical thinking skills. They are an active listener, highly organized, and possess excellent communication abilities.

Prior to Lite Wing Brian was Business Owner/Operator at Well More Group in Tampa, FL. During this time, He introduced new methods, practices, and systems to reduce turnaround time, contributing to increased efficiency and profitability.

In his early career, Brian served as a 12B US Army Sapper in the US Army, during his military service, maintaining accountability for over $10 Million in military assets. He operated in dynamic, challenging environments, demonstrating a high level of situational awareness. He trained and mentored personnel in combat operations and tactics, while adhering to strict protocols and following orders during operational missions. Brian effectively led a team of 12 personnel under battle conditions, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines. Their critical thinking abilities were instrumental in problem-solving, evaluating solutions, and making informed decisions.
